बन कर दीप तुम्हें जलना है

थक न जाएं कदम तुम्हारे

राही तुम्हें और चलना है,

घोर निराशा के अंधकार में

बन कर दीप तुम्हें जलना है ॥

                             कर्म तुम्हारा केवल पूजा

                             और न साथी कोई न दूजा,

                             श्रम-ईश्वर के माथे पर ही

                             बनकर सुमन तुम्हें चढ़ना है ॥

यह दुनिया तो कर्म क्षेत्र है

जिसमें बस आना-जाना है,

मत घबराओ कभी दुखी न हो

बनकर पवन तुम्हें बहना है ॥

घोर निराशा के अंधकार में

बन कर दीप तुम्हें जलना है॥

                             तुम्हीं राम हो तुम्हीं श्याम हो

                             तुम जन-जन के प्राण अमर हो,

                             आगे कदम बढ़ाते जाओ

                             कभी नहीं पीछे हटना है ॥

                            

मन वाणी से एक रहो तुम

कभी न खोना अपना संयम,

मातृभूमि के सदा ऋणी हो

इतना ध्यान सदा रखना है ॥

                             बनो त्याग की मूर्ति हमेशा

                             कुछ तो कर जाओ ऐसा,

                             जिससे याद तुम्हारी आए

MONEY vs MAN

Money is the basis of our society.It not only provides the necessities and amenities of life but also enables us to practice virtue and to attain our cherished ambitions. Money, however, is only a means and man is always more important than money. Wealth can procure all means of happiness, but not happiness itself.A rich man can possess the best things of life, but he may fail to enjoy them. Goodness or the capacity to appreciate the good things of the world is anytime preferable to a large fortune.

आज सफलता का राज़ मुख्यतः इस बात में छिपा होता है कि आप अपनी बात कितनी कुशलता से सही स्थान तक पहुंचाते हैं.सूचना-युग ने हमें अपनी बात दूसरों को समझाने के नित नए मंत्र सिखाए हैं.संप्रेषण ने कला ,विज्ञान और तकनीक को विलक्षण पंख प्रदान किए हैं. "जानकर मानने और मानकर जानने " दोनों विकल्प खोले हैं . प्रेषक और गृहीता- दोनों पक्षों के बीच फैले सूत्रों को सबल, सघन और तेज़ किया है . उनमें आकर्षण और जीवंतता भरी है.संप्रेषण के वाचिक दृश्यों का विस्तार हुआ है . इसे बातचीत की संज्ञा दी जा सकती है.

सफल बातचीत के लिए शब्दों के हिज्जे , उच्चारण , उत्पत्ति और प्रयोग, चारों क्षेत्रों में पकड़ बनाने की आवश्यकता है.यदि सही शब्द, सही आदमी से ,सही समय पर तथा सही प्रकार से कहा जाए तो शब्द में ब्रह्म की शक्ति आ जाती है . यदि हित-मित-प्रिय हो और उसका तर्ज़े-बयां या अंदाज़े-बयां भी सरस हो तो वह अजब धमक-हनक-खनक-दमक और इकबाल पैदा कर सकता है. यदि आप अपनी बात संक्षिप्त , स्पष्ट , सबल और सरल शब्दों में कहते हैं, तो ही वह अपना प्रभाव डालती है.

बोलते समय निपुणता से चुने गए मौन अंतराल , जन-संचार को बेहद असरदार बना सकते हैं . सूचक और गुणार्थक शब्दों में गुणार्थक वितरण की पकड़ अधिक सक्षम होती है. जैसे जब राम-वशिष्ठ संवाद के अंत में वशिष्ठ मौन हो जाते हैं और राम पूछते हैं कि उन्हें उनके प्रश्न का उत्तर नहीं मिला तो वशिष्ठ कहते हैं दे तो दिया.

संप्रेषण का असली आनंद भाषा के अंतिम छोर तक पहुंचना और वहां खड़े होकर जाने-अनजाने परिदृश्य की झलकियों से आनंद-विभोर होना भी है.उन पलों में डगर पर झिलमिलाता या झनझनाता कोई शब्द नए ज्ञानोदय का सूत्र भी बन सकता है.सूचना का प्रवाह कब , कैसे , कहां और कितना रुकता है तथा इससे कितनी हानि होती है, यह समझना भी अत्यंत मूल्यवान है.उपयोगी तथ्यों के सूचना - प्रसार की रुकावट से गरीबी बढ़ती है.इसलिए संप्रेषण की आधुनिकतम विधाओं का तीव्रतम विकास ज़रूरी है. मात्र मौखिक संप्रेषण से कभी-कभी काम नहीं बनता हैं . मच्छर कैसे मारा जाए?इस पर एक पत्रिका के एक रोचक विज्ञापन में इस प्रकार की हिदायतें थीं - दोनों पन्ने खुले रखिए,मच्छर को पन्ने के ऊपर सही स्थान पर आने दीजिए,पत्रिका को फट से बंद करिए,पत्रिका को खोलिए , पन्ने को साफ़ करिए और दूसरे मच्छर की प्रतीक्षा कीजिए............या हैक्सिट (दवा का नाम) कीजिए.इस विज्ञापन में संप्रेषण का नयापन, चातुर्य, प्रभाव,याद रह जाने का गुण और खेल का अजूबा पैकेज है.

अतः जीवन की गतिशीलता को ध्यान में रखते हुए जब आदमी से आदमी की दूरी बढ़ती जा रही है, संप्रेषण की कला में यदि विज्ञान और तकनीक भी घुल-मिल जाए तो सटीक और जीवंत "बात" और "चीत" से सुखी मानव-जीवन की नींव रखी जा सकेगी.

What you accomplish during a 24-hour period depends on your own motivation, your energy, your skills and abilities, and other resources.

Since there are always demands on your time, it may be helpful to think about what you will do with your time and to consider some strategies for more effective time management.

Time management is not a way to make you work harder and longer, but a means to help you work smarter to accomplish your work more easily and rapidly. 

There are a lot of things that make it difficult for us to manage our time effectively.  Let’s consider some of the most common ones, and see if they apply to us:



•Unclear objectives

Disorganization

Inability to say 'NO'

Inturruptions 

Periods of inactivity

Too many things at a time

Stress and fatigue

All work and no play

Effective goals share a number of characteristics in common.  Effective goals are:

•Specific

•Measurable

•Realistic

•Time-based

It is important when you have prioritized your tasks that you:

•Address the urgent

•Accomplish what you can early

•Attach deadlines to things you delay

Another personal time management skill is to make good use of your “waiting time.”

Have you ever thought about how much time you spend doing nothing during an average day?  Usually this is not a situation where you planned to do nothing…it just happened.  Think about all of the things you could accomplish if you could make use of this time.  For instance

Time you spend commuting on a train or bus

Time you wait at the doctor or dentist office for your appointment.

Time you spend to wait for bus, train or plane.

Time you spend "on hold" on the phone.

Time you spend when you arrive at work or at a meeting earlier than you had anticipated

The trick to making use of your waiting time is to always make sure you have something with you that you can accomplish in the event that you are kept waiting.  For instance:

•Reading correspondence 

•Writing letters or memos

Reading or answering the messages and phonecalls 

You will be juggling many tasks while you serve as a Lions leader.  There is no way around this fact.  But one important strategy to keep in mind is to concentrate completely on the current task.  Concentration can be difficult when you have a lot on your mind.  Your time will be better spent if you are able to:

•Focus on your goal

•Tune out interruptions

Are you one of those people who gets up before the sun rises and starts working?  Is the early evening, after the evening meal, your time to work?  Or are you someone who prefers to wait until the quiet of the late night hours to do the really hard tasks? 

Everyone is different.  Most research shows that tasks that take the most mental concentration are most effectively accomplished early in the day, but even these studies acknowledge that this is not always true, and that everyone has a “personal prime time.”

When you plan your tasks, think about your own “prime time.”  If you do your best work early, plan to do the routine tasks later in the day and concentrate on the more challenging tasks when you are at your best.  If you don’t really get going until later, handle the routines in the morning and save the more difficult tasks for later.

Celebrate the achievement of your goals to maintain a healthy balance in life between work and play.  Reward yourself when you complete a task or finish a project.

If you worked in a team setting, or delegated some tasks to others, reward the efforts of all involved. 

Celebration is a vital part of all project management.  No matter how tight your schedule looks, this is TIME WELL SPENT!

IMPORTANCE OF LANGUAGE

भाषा विचारों और भावों को प्रकट करने का साधन है. भाषा के द्वारा मानव-समुदाय अपने विचारों और भावों को प्रभावशाली ढंग से दूसरों तक पहुंचाता है और दूसरों के विचारों को समझता है.भाषा संप्रेषण का एक सशक्त माध्यम है.भाषा का प्रयोग मानव-समाज के बीच इतने सहज और स्वाभाविक रूप से होता है कि सामान्यतः लोगों का ध्यान भाषायी क्रिया पर केंद्रित न होकर उसके द्वारा अभिव्यक्त तथ्यों पर केंद्रित हो जाता है.

भाषा सामाजिक संगठन, सामाजिक मान्यताओं और सामाजिक व्यवहार का एकमात्र साधन है.भाषा के द्वारा ही समाज का गठन और उसका विकास होता है.संस्कृति का विकास भी भाषा से ही संभव है.भाषा के अभाव में समाज और उसकी संस्कृति की कल्पना भी नहीं की जा सकती.मानव-समाज के लिए भाषा का महत्त्व असंदिग्घ है.

भाषा के द्वारा व्यक्ति में विचार-विनिमय की कुशलता का विकास होता है,उसके व्यक्तित्व का विकास होता है. मानसिक, संवेगात्मक, नैतिक, चारित्रिक विकास भी भाषा से ही संभव है.व्यक्ति में सौंदर्यानुभूति एवं रसानुभूति भी भाषा से ही विकसित होती है.

स्वतंत्र भारत में हिंदी को राष्ट्र-भाषा के मूर्धन्य पद पर आसीन किया गया है.इसमें कोई संशय नहीं कि भारत को एक सूत्र में केवल हिंदी ही बांध सकती है,इसलिए इसके गहन पठन-पाठन की आवश्यकता है

मेरा प्रथम  पृष्ठ                       

   अपनी लेखनी से यह मेरा प्रथम पृष्ठ है. इस सशक्त माध्यम द्वारा मैं अनुभूत संवेदनाओं,रचनात्मकता और चिंतन-मनन को अभिव्यक्त करने का पूर्ण प्रयास करूंगी.वास्तव में ऐसे ही माध्यम तो एक शिक्षक की शैक्षणिक और परा-शैक्षणिक गतिविधियों तथा उपलब्घियों का दर्पण होते हैं.

   एक भाषा-शिक्षक का जीवन चुनौतियों से परिपूर्ण होता है.उस पर न केवल अपने पाठ्यक्रम को निश्चित समयावधि में पूर्ण कराने की ज़िम्मेदारी होती है,बल्कि विद्यार्थियों में नैतिक मूल्यों को विकसित कराने का गुरूतर भार भी उसी को वहन करना होता है. समाज उससे शुद्ध आचरण-व्यवहार के साथ-साथ शुद्ध उच्चारण व लेखन की भी अपेक्षा करता है.तो आइए, इन चुनौतियों को स्वीकार करते हुए अपने प्रिय विद्यार्थियों के समक्ष ऐसे उदाहरण बनें कि वे हमसे जीवन-मूल्य सीख सकें.
