सपने आते हैं

जीवन-सत्य के रिसते घावों पर

मलहम मलते हैं

उनकी टीस, निशान तक

मिटा देते हैं ।

जीवन के अंधेरों को उजालों में,

शुष्कता को सरसता में

ठहराव को गति में

बदल देते हैं वे ।

दुनिया सुंदर लगती है,

जीवन-जिजीविषा बढ़ती है

कठिनाइयां-कर्कशता झेलने की

क्षमता लौट आती है ।

यदि स्वप्न नहीं होते

तो क्या हम जी पाते ?

शायद नहीं.......

What does it mean to be a

TEACHER   in   2011?

•        Being a teacher means you can make a difference.

Education is changing! (It has probably changed since we were in school.)

What is changing?

•        Society’s expectations

•        Shifting enrolment patterns

•        Technology

•        Mobility

Some things have not changed.

•        Students are still students

•        Teaching still involves quality interpersonal relationships

•        Teachers still need to be leaders

•        Students still learn in classrooms (so far!!)

•        Teachers are still the biggest single influence on student learning.

What are the features of a successful teacher in 2011 ?

To be successful you need:

•        Enthusiasm.

•        A genuine care for children.

•        A capacity to solve problem.

•        The ability to relate to ALL types of people

•        A willingness to work hard, particularly in the early years of your career.

•        A thorough knowledge of the curriculum but more importantly, a thorough knowledge of teaching content.

•        Flexibility.

•        A belief in lifelong learning.

•        A balanced life.

•        Good communication skills.

•        To be good at something – sport, music, choir, technology, literacy, numeracy and share your greatness.

•        A willingness to work long hours.

•        A capacity to listen to advice.

•        A belief that you can make a difference.

•        A sound working knowledge of computers.

Have a working knowledge of your systems policies relating to:

* Child Protection

* Code of Conduct

* Professional Responsibilities

* Legislative requirements

•        A belief that all children can learn.

•        A belief that all children are innately good.

•        To not let an opportunity for learning go by.

•        To understand the teaching/learning cycle.

•        To continue to search for the elusive answer to this question – “ How do children learn?”

हम एक हैं

हम एक हैं

जिसको न निज गौरव तथा निज देश का अभिमान है

,

वह नर नहीं नर

-पशु निरा है, और मृतक समान है ।कौन नहीं जानता ,हम सब भारत की मिट्टी से बने हैं । हम सब एक ही धरती माँ का अन्न खाकर पले हैं । इसी धरती का हमने पानी पिया है । हम सब एक माँ की संतानें हैं, फिर कौन हमें अलग-अलग कर सकता है ?हमारी संस्कृति एक है, विचार एक है । हम सबमें एक ही लहू है । हमारा लक्ष्य एक है, मन एक है और मार्ग एक है; हम सब ऐसे एक जनरूपी सागर की बूँदें हैं जो कभी अलग नहीं हो सकतीं ।
एक शरीर में हाथ, पैर, नाक, कान आदि अनेक अंग होते हैं ।सबके अलग-अलग आकार और पृथक-पृथक काम होते हैं । सबसे मिलकर एक शरीर बनता है । शाखाएँ अनेक होते हुए भी वृक्ष एक होता है । व्यष्टि रूप में हम भारतीय हैं । समष्टि रूप में हम सब भारत हैं ।
भारत में रहते हुए हमारा अपना-अपना स्थान है । सब अपने-अपने घर में और अपने-अपने धंधों में व्यस्त हैं । परंतु भारत पर कोई संकट आ पड़े या जब राष्ट्र को आवश्यकता हो, तब उत्तर-दक्षिण और पूर्व-पश्चिम का भेद कैसा ? कोने-कोने से भारत के जवान निकल चले आते हैं । एक झंडे के तले एकत्र हो जाते हैं । हममें एक अरब से अधिक का बल है । फिर हमारा कोई क्या बिगाड़ सकता है ? जात-पाँत, भाषा, धर्म, यह सब पूछने की आवश्यकता ही कहाँ है ? हम सब भारतीय हैं, बस यही हमारी पहचान है । यही हमारा परिचय है, यही हमारी पहचान है ।
अपने देश की उन्नति ही हमारी व्यक्तिगत उन्नति है । अपने देश की उन्नति के लिए हमें मिलकर प्रयास करना होगा । हमें चाहिए कि हम मैं-तू का भेद भूल जाएँ और देश की उन्नति में हाथ बटाएँ । देश के निर्माण में प्रत्येक भारतीय के हाथों से ईंट लगनी चाहिए । एक ईंट, दो ईंटें, बहुत सी ईंटें ! ईंट से ईंट मिलकर ही विशाल भवन तैयार हो पाएगा । करोड़ों ईंटें अलग-अलग बिखरी हों, तो बेकार मिट्टी का ढेर होती हैं, सब ईंटें ढंग से मिलकर एक हो जाएँ तो भव्य भवन बनकर तैयार हो जाता है । जब तक हम भारतीय इस भावना को अपनाए रखेंगे, सब मिलकर एक होकर रहेंगे तबतक संसार की कोई भी शक्ति हमारा मार्ग नहीं रोक सकती, हमारे विकास के मार्ग में रोड़ा नहीं बन सकती । हम सब एक थे , एक हैं और एक ही रहेंगे ।

नया सवेरा आओ, हम मिलजुल कर लाएँ,
भ्रष्टाचार मुक्त एक नया समाज बनाएँ !
मेरा देश रहे खुशहाल
हो तरक्की का संचार,
देख तरक्की अपनी
हो जाए भौचक संसार,
गाँधी का दौर चलो एक बार फिर लाएँ,
फिर एक दाँडी जैसा तूफ़ान देश में लाएँ,
तूफ़ान दाँडी का आया तो,
हर भ्रष्टाचारी घबराएगा,
भ्रष्टाचार का होगा खात्मा,
भारत विश्व-गुरू कहलाएगा,
आओ मिलजुल कर एक नई क्रांति लाएँ,
भ्रष्टाचार, भयमुक्त नया भारत बनाएँ !

तुम जहाँ भी रहो

 उसे घर

 की तरह सजाते रहो

गुलदान में फूल सजाते रहो

दीवारों पर रंग चढ़ाते रहो

सजे-धजे घर में हाथ-पाँव उग आते हैं

फिर तुम कहीं भी जाओ

भले ही अपने आप को भूल जाओ

तुम्हारा घर! तुम्हारा घर!

तुम्हें ढूँढ कर वापस ले आएगा ।

दो नया इतिहास

ढलने दो, उम्र की, धूप सारी
ले जाओ बेबसी और, लाचारी ।दो नया इतिहास जग को,तुम सजाओ, फिर क्यारी ।छोड़ दो, बेकार बंधन,जिनसे न,बनता हो जीवन ।तुम उठो, दुनिया उठाओ,फिर खिला दो, एक गुलशन ।जीत लो, विश्वास अपना,नहीं बंदी हैं, हम किसी के ।स्वतंत्र है, जहां में अपने,चूम लो, हर क्षण, हर पल ।जो ना रीते, जो ना बीते,छेड़ दो इक, ऐसा राग ।सान कर दुनिया के दुख को,बांध लो इक, मीठी तान ।छोड़कर, बंधन सुनहरे,सत्य से, पहचान कर लो ।सह लो, दुनिया के दुख को,यूं मुस्कराते, गुनगुनाते ।गुनगुनाना ही पावन है,मुस्कराना ही सृजन है ।फिर बना दो, एक उपवन,फिर बसा दो, एक आंगन ।छोड़कर स्वार्थ सारे,तुमभुला दो, भेद सारे ।फिर नहा लो, भेद सारे,फिर नहा लो, इस सागर में ।आकाश गंगा, करती है स्वागत,दो नया विश्वास विश्व को ।फिर बहा दो, एक गंगा,फिर बहा दो, एक गंगा ।

फिर से नहीं आता समय, जो एक बार चला गया,
जग में कहो बाधा रहित कब कौन काम हुआ भला ।
बहती नदी सूखे अगर उस पार मैं इसके चलूं ,
इस सोच में बैठा पुलिन पर पार जा सकता भला ॥

किस रीति से क्या काम, कब करना बनाकर योजना, 
मन में लिए आशा प्रबल, दृढ़ जो वही बढ़ जाएगा ।
उसको मिलेगा तेज बल, अनुकूलता सब ओर से,           
वह कर्मयोगी वीर अनुपम साहसी सुख पाएगा ॥

यह वीर-भोग्या जो हृदय-तल में बनी वसुधा सदा,
करती रही आह्वान युग-युग वीर का, पुरूषत्व का ।
कठिनाइयों में खोजकर पथ ज्योतिपूरित जो करें,
विजयी वही होता धरणिसुत वरण कर अमरत्व का ॥

बोधिवृक्ष के नीचे
बैठ जाने भर से
कोई बुद्ध नहीं बन जाता ।

प्रतिदिन
अनगिनत राही उसके नीचे
बैठते, समय बिताते
अपनी राह चले जाते
पर कोई
बुद्ध नहीं बनता ।

लोककल्याण की भावना,सुयोग और
सद्प्रयास ही
सामान्य जन को
बुद्ध बना जाता है ।

The basic principles of liberty are equality, honesty and justice. Any system of government where one class of people denies freedom and justice to another, is no better than tyranny  of monarchs. Truly speaking, real love of liberty is rarely found among the people most of whom are guided in their conception of freedom by ambition, pride and lust for domination, power or money.Same has happened in Maharashtra! The culprits should be hanged for their merciless and shameless doing.
